The Phase 2 activities are now closed. Thank you to everyone who has contributed their ideas so far! The project team is busy analyzing all the data from Phase 2 of the community engagement process, and will use it to:

• Write an overarching vision statement and list of strategic priorities that align with the desires of our community.
• Produce a Values and Vision Report summarizing everything that was heard in this phase of the community engagement process.
• Inform the next phase of the community engagement process, ensuring continued community involvement in shaping Fort Worth's future.

Stay tuned for new events and activities as we move into the next phase of community engagement! Phase 3 will focus on working with the community to translate the big ideas and vision into a broad set of strategic priorities, goals, and measurable objectives.
